• Hardware Purchase Agreement - Governs purchases of hardware through Movatic from our Manufacturing partners.

• Custom Development Services & License Agreement - Governs any customer development or feature modification. This agreement is used for the building of branded apps.

• Branded App - Custom Development SOW - Movatic's standard branded app SOW.

• Reseller Terms - Governs Movatic relationship with any reseller of the Movatic platform.
